The display offers 3 interfaces: parallel (4-bit and 8-bit) as well as serial SPI and I²C bus. It is compatible with 3.3V systems and offers 3 different character sets: the classic one for English and Japanese, a European one and a Cyrillic one. It can be operated with or without backlight. ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLY offers white, amber and two-tone red/green as backlight colors. The illumination can be dimmed or switched off via an external circuit.Data sheet in German.
