High quality screwing
In wheel assembly, a handling system assists in grabing the wheel and simultaneously bolts all the bolts at once. The torque and the angle of rotation are monitored during the screwing process. Thus, faulty screws and screw results are detected during the screwing-in process. JÄGER Handling asked us to support them in the area of visualisation. Displays from 4.3" to 10.1" are in use.

Sorting and monitoring
Quality control is at the end of the production process. This is also the case at the scissors specialist Randolph Schröder GmbH with its brand Löwe garden shears. The parts arriving from assembly line are checked by laser, measured and divided into 10 different groups. The EA uniTFTs043 display shows the inspection result and sorts into the respective group.
We supported Randolph Schröder with the interface and visualisation of the sensor unit. The system ensures the high quality standard in multi-shift operation.
