ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLY offers small DOG display modules with I2C (TWI), which are ideal for a 19 rack slot. The external dimensions of 39x41mm or 40x60mm and 40x67mm allow direct installation in the front with 1 U.
As the DOG displays are barely more than seven millimeters thick, you can also operate them with backlighting in a 19-inch rack. Even some of the smaller LCDs from the DOG series are no more than 2.0 or 2.8 mm high. These LCD modules with I2C (TWI) are therefore ideal for your rack. Mounting the displays is simple; just plug them into a circuit board or solder them.
