Top-hat rail PLC with touch display and local remote access

A small PLC controller with touch display is one of the highlights from DISPLAY VISIONS at the upcoming embedded world 2025. This small PLC can be wirelessly connected to up to 50 satellites.

With its new PLC series, DISPLAY VISIONS makes control and regulation in the control cabinet much easier. The compact small PLC controller is already equipped with a colour touch display that not only shows measurement and process data, but also allows operating parameters and control commands to be entered quickly. In addition, up to 50 additional satellite displays can be connected wirelessly via WiFi, LAN or RS-485. All process parameters are automatically shared with the satellites. They can be selectively displayed there and changed if necessary. Work preparation, monitoring, management or service thus receive information and intervention options tailored to their individual needs. The satellite displays are available in different sizes (1.5 to 10.1 inches). The display on the PLC itself is 2.8 inches in size and, thanks to brilliant IPS technology, is easy to read even in bright surroundings and from almost any viewing direction. Programming is carried out with the free Windows tool "PLC-Designer" via USB. This means that even complex and visually appealing screen layouts can be easily realised. 8 digital and 4 analogue inputs, 4 relay contacts and an RS-232 are available for data acquisition and command output. The supply voltage is 12 to 24 volts. The PLC central unit is only 5 HP wide and is mounted on a top-hat rail. DISPLAY VISIONS offers various mounting options for the satellites, from device installation to installation in the door to wall mounting.
