Spot welding, dent removal and induction heating
The HySpot microprocessor-controlled spot welding machine from Aliazum is used to weld high-strength steels such as Bron, USIBOR, TRIP and TWIP.
Thanks to an intelligent control system, the HySpot delivers the best spot weld quality with high process reliability. The quality of the spot welds is comparable to that of the manufacturing process. The spot welding machine is available in three different power classes with 38 kVA, 46 kVA and 47 kVA and uses the latest inverter technology with variable frequencies. Water-cooled electrodes ensure maximum service life and the machine is operated and programmed using a graphic touch display. This also ensures that the welding and job data is saved to provide proof of quality.
The all-rounder
In addition to spot welding, the HySpot can also perform other functions such as dent removal and induction heating, making the welding machine flexible and multifunctional.
Thanks to an interface on the device, the software on the machine can be upgraded at any time, welding programmes can be managed and data can be read out.
Why a touch display?
Alia uses a touch display instead of other MMI solutions for many of its complete devices. Parameters are operated and set exclusively via the associated touchscreen. From simple "switches" and device status displays to complex welding programmes, all relevant operating modes are shown on the display, allowing the user to operate the device intuitively and easily. All necessary information can be shown on the display, for example using graphic functions that efficiently emphasise primary parameters.
As every customer has specific wishes and requirements for the operation and display of an appliance, this can be realised simply and efficiently with an intelligent display solution.
