PECOMIX - perfect cocktails from the Westphalian town of Nottuln

With the new PECOMIX generation, four clever inventors and entrepreneurs from Dülmen and Nottuln in Münsterland promise nothing less than the "revolution of the cocktail". PECOMIX is an electronic cocktail mixer which, after three years of development and presentation at various trade fairs, is now ready for series production and is set to conquer the German and international market. The name stands for PErfekter COcktail MIXer.

Behind the project are the Dülmen inventors Sandor Söter and Sebastian Kersting and the Nottuln entrepreneurs Andreas Determann and Andreas Bode, who have jointly developed the original cocktail mixer to market maturity and founded the company PECOMIX. The innovative entrepreneurs from Westphalia have three years of development behind them, from the "schnapps idea" to the product ready for series production, with countless discussions with the catering trade, industry and retail, further developments of the PECOMIX and numerous trade fair visits. Now the harvest is to be reaped.

The PECOMIX inventors presented their machine for the first time at the end of 2007 on the WDR television programme "Dellings Woche" - it was subsequently voted "Invention of the Year" by viewers. The latest generation of the perfect cocktail mixer, which is now ready for series production, was last successfully presented at the Hotel & Gast trade fair in Vienna in April. The entrepreneurs from Nottuln, where the PECOMIX is manufactured in its entirety, are now also launching it in Germany.

PECOMIX is a machine that can be used in the catering trade, at parties, in companies or privately. It is primarily aimed at caterers who have not yet had the opportunity to participate in the booming cocktail market. "Some lack time, product knowledge or simply suitable staff," says Andreas Bode, explaining the advantage of PECOMIX. It is child's play to operate, requires minimal space and energy and delivers cocktails of consistent quality in seconds at the touch of a button. The machine is computer-controlled and equipped with ten standard drinks bottles. It can theoretically prepare an infinite number of different cocktails and comes with around 100 pre-installed recipes...
